Do you have a warrenty on your shafts?
Yes. For our carbon fiber 200 gram shafts we have a one year warrenty and will honour the warrenty if they are used at the U15 level and below for the 200 gram custom Venom Shafts.
Will you ship to the United States?
Yes we will. Give us a call or send us an email and we will organize your order and get it shipped out to you.
Can I return or exchange and item?
If it is unused by all means we can swap it out for something else. Grips and end caps once they have been applied are non refundable.
Can I try before I buy?
YES! We are the only place that we know of where you have a rebounder, multiple nets and a large turf area surrounded by cargo nets where you can try out your new stick. We want you leaving here knowing you're going to get out there to rip rope with your new weapon.
Why do your products seem cheaper than the rest out there?
Its because we are directly selling to the public. So we try and offer the best deals we can. Quality is not sacrificed at all on any of our products.
Where can I get the new Good Stick heads that you offer?
The new Good Stick heads are exclusive to Venom in Canada. Right now you can get them from us and from Lacrosse Experts in Coquitlam BC Unit H 931 Brunette Ave Phone 604-553-0036. Steve is the man over at Lacrosse Experts We love the Good Stick head. Its strong and durable, has a great offset and if you are into dyeing heads it takes the dye very well. It has the shiny coating but it's not like an ECD hard to dye head.
Can you do team custom head orders?
YES. just give us atleast a few months notice if possible and we can do an unbeatable deal on custom team heads and SHAFTS.
Can we order custom TEAM SHAFTS through Venom?
Yes you can. We can work with you through the design process and the import process. We would need permission to use any logos you have, the weight / durability that you are looking for, colours and any other design features you might want. Atleast a 2-3 month lead time would be ideal.
How strong are your metalic metal shafts?
We feel they are quite strong. We reccomend them for U15 and down. They have survived a season of U17 but we can't guarantee it. They also come with a 1 year warrenty. For field lacrosse they should last many years.
Can you customize a head in any colour of nylon and shooting strings?
We have many different colours of both. Please see our CUSTOM HEAD section for dyeing, stringing and colour options.
Can I get 20 heads strung up by next week?
its possible. we have multiple experinced stringers working with us. give us a call, we are sure that we can figure something out.
